Thinking Clearly, Creatively and Collaboratively

The 'Think! Coaching' framework is designed to support imaginative leadership at all levels throughout an organization. Think! Coaches work to get to a higher level of engagement from their clients and we always work with both the individual and their network. Liberating thinking in individuals, teams and whole organizations is our aim.

Think! Coaching Framework

T. Thinking Space: creating a space to think changes everything!
H. Hope: without hope there is no leverage for change
I. Imagination: underpins creativity, new ideas and new futures
N. Networks: leadership is relational, about people, about networks of activity
K. Knowledge Exchange: sharing knowledge is the power-house of change

Think! Coaching works on two key principles:

A thinking space is paradoxical; it is not about thinking deeply, but comes from allowing thoughts to wash around, to free associate with others, to permit ourselves to literally play with ideas. It is the ability to create a space that allows thoughts to emerge when in a crisis; it is about one person taking leadership and supporting others to collectively harvest their experience, expertise and knowledge, to come up with the right way forward, rather than the reactive way forward. A thinking space is also the space where creativity is noursished; it takes practice and a structure to help this happen. ‘Think! Coaching’ is designed to help individuals learn this process and then to work in a systemic way and increase their ability to think collaboratively across networks. This has the impact of knowledge begetting more knoweldge, of increasing transparency and engagement, and of being surprised by outstanding results arising from this process.
