My unusual background that takes in therapy, psychoanalysis, family therapy and later in organizational consultancy and my expertise and international experience in strategic leadership, have led me to develop a coaching practice that works in-depth with the individual, whilst also focusing on leadership and strategy. My theoretical and researched based writing on Leadership, Eco-Leadership, and on Coaching, keep me at the leading edge of coaching and leadership development.

Individual Leadership Coaching

I coach senior leaders and CE’s, who want to work on themselves, to focus on their desires, defences and their authentic self. I align this to their role, and then we work on the business and organizational strategy. This is value based coaching for business.

Top Team Coaching

I specialize in team dynamics, working on strategy and creativity, working with confidence and clarity in the most challenging and senior teams. We work and learn; making strategic decisions, whilst learning about team dynamics, and personal strengths and challenges.

OD Coaching Interventions
