Simon is the CEO and founder of A-N Coaching. He is an international coach, consultant, keynote speaker, academic and author of two acclaimed books on leadership and coaching.

She holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology and is a qualified coach, counselor and group moderator. She has a special interest in engagement, well-being, and diversity and inclusion at work. Dr Sally Vanson is an international business coach, coach supervisor and professional coach trainer. Lynne has held 3 Chief Executive roles within the UK for the past 17 years. She has been a non Executive Director on over 25 Boards and is now a registered coach working freelance. Martin has over thirty years experience in healthcare and higher education. He has coached clients from these sectors as well as from sectors as diverse as banking and finance, information and communications technology and the hospitality industry. He is on the internal coaching panel for University College Dublin where he is Dean of Nursing. Amanda works as an independent leadership coach and consultant, based in the Geneva area. She spent over ten years as a human resources professional in the international development and humanitarian sectors, working along individuals from a wealth of nationalities. She has over thirty years of experience across different sectors, both private and public. She is a qualified executive coach, coach supervisor and facilitator, and holds a MA in Personnel and Development. She is a chartered MCIPD. For many years she has been interested in individual and organizational learning and development, complexity and the impact of larger systems on learning, motivation and knowledge sharing. She enjoys working alongside clients to enable them to explore their own solutions and, as they put it, to ‘join the dots’. Clients appreciate her openness, humour and lightness of touch. She currently works with clients within the UN, humanitarian and not for profit sectors.
She lives in France and speaks fluent French. She has lived and worked in several countries and balances her work with the challenges of water and mountain sports.
